We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join our friendly and dedicated team within our nursing home.

You will need to be flexible and be able to work Day shifts, Night shifts and Weekend.
- Full-time and part-time positions available
Responsibilities
- Providing personal care including washing, dressing, and toileting
- Supporting residents with mobility and daily living activities
- Assisting with meals, hydration, and nutrition
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Promoting residents’ dignity, independence, and wellbeing
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Working closely with nurses and senior care staff
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Assist with light domestic duties such as laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation in accordance with care plans
Requirements
- Caring, compassionate, and patient nature
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and professional attitude
- Previous care experience preferred but not essential
- Willingness to undertake training and development
- Right to work in the UK
