This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator or Personal Assistant with a strong background in finance and HR support. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support while assisting with financial administration, HR processes, employee records, payroll coordination, and general business operations.

THE ROLE
- Providing professional and proactive Personal Assistant support to senior management.
- Managing diaries, appointments, meetings, and schedules.
- Preparing correspondence, reports, documents, and presentations.
- Coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and following up on agreed actions.
- Handling confidential and sensitive business and employee information with discretion.
- Supporting day-to-day finance administration, including processing invoices, expenses, purchase orders, and financial records.
- Assisting with sales and purchase ledger administration where required.
- Monitoring payments, outstanding invoices, and general financial administration.
- Liaising with accountants, suppliers, clients, and other external contacts.
- Supporting payroll administration and providing relevant information to payroll providers or accountants.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Assisting with HR administration, including onboarding, contracts, absence records, holiday records, and employee documentation.
- Supporting recruitment processes, including arranging interviews, preparing documentation, and coordinating new starter requirements.
- Assisting with employee reviews, training records, and other HR-related processes.
- Ensuring HR documentation is maintained accurately and in accordance with company procedures.
- Assisting with company policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
- Maintaining organised electronic and physical filing systems.
- Producing reports, spreadsheets, and management information when required.
- Supporting general office administration and business operations.
- Identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiency.
- Communicating professionally with employees, clients, suppliers, and senior management.
- Ensuring all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and within required deadlines.
THE REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Finance Administrator, HR Administrator, or similar administrative role.
- Strong administrative experience with a particular interest or background in finance and HR.
- Good understanding of general finance administration and financial processes.
- Experience supporting HR administration and maintaining confidential employee records.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to manage spreadsheets and financial information effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally and discreetly.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Professional, reliable, proactive, and approachable manner.
- Ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of an organisation.
- Previous experience within a busy commercial or professional environment is desirable.
