As a new team, we are making some changes, including introducing this new role on our leadership team. We are looking for an ambitious, committed and positive leader with a relentless drive for raising standards through excellence in teaching and learning. The candidate will need to be able to think and lead strategically, as well as modelling excellence through high levels of visibility across the school.
You will be joining an ambitious and passionate team whose high expectations for our students’ enjoyment and progress drives their commitment to providing an engaging and inspirational provision. The team is dedicated to curricular excellence and providing students with experience that support them to achieve their goals now and in the future.
We are fully committed to on-going continuous professional development and, along with excellent in-house CPD, can offer an extremely supportive and positive atmosphere to work in. Our students are hard-working, polite and eager to learn and deserve outstanding teachers, or teachers striving to be outstanding.
Our students all have the opportunity to opt into the Chromebook scheme which enables technology to be a central part of the learning process.
