PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

To drive the store to achieve sales and hit KPI targets

Confidently sell the brand and products to customers, building brand loyalty

Follows and actions store tasks accurately
ACCOUNTABILITIES

Must be aware of all store targets and KPI’s
-
Uses brand product knowledge to inform both fellow team members and customers about products
-
Always highlights the features and benefits of products to customers whilst shopping
-
Builds rapport with customers who enter the store to encourage return custom

Follows all store policies and procedures confidently, highlighting any issues or concerns to their line manager

Follows all loss prevention procedures and highlights any risk of loss to the business to their line manager
-
Maintains visual standards in the store as shown by the visual merchandising team
-
Always follows all health and safety rules to enable a healthy and safe working environment
-
Works as part of a team as well as independently in order to improve personal development
CRITICAL SKILLS
-
Preferably 3 – 6 months of experience in a fast-paced environment

Basic numeracy and English literacy skills
