Role Overview
As an Apprentice Parts Sales Advisor, you will support the day-to-day operations of a busy HGV Direct branch. This is an ideal opportunity if you're organised, eager to learn and ready to build a long-term career in the commercial vehicle industry. You will achieve a Level 2/Level 3 Business Administration Qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support - assisting trade customers at the counter and over the phone;
- Order Processing - raising orders, checking stock and updating the system;
- Administration Tasks - filing, invoicing, data entry and maintaining accurate records;
- Stock Co-ordination - helping with goods-in, stock checks and organising the warehouse;
- Team Support - working closely with sales advisors, drivers and management;
- This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.30pm/8.00am to 5.00pm, including two Saturdays required per month (8.00am from 12.00pm).
