Summary
We are seeking a Baby Room Leader to join our team at Paper Moon Nurseries in Doddington Park This vital role involves leading our baby room, ensuring high-quality care and early childhood development, and supporting our mission to provide exceptional nursery services.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the baby room team to deliver outstanding care.
- Plan and implement engaging activities tailored to infants' developmental needs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.
- Foster a nurturing environment that promotes children's well-being.
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to support children's progress.
- Monitor and assess children's development, maintaining detailed records.
- Support staff training and professional development.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of nursery practices.
- Qualifications
- Proven management and leadership experience in a nursery or childcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Experience working with infants and young children.
- Relevant childcare qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
- Ability to lead a team effectively.
- A caring, patient, and proactive approach.
- Driving license is preferred but not essential.

Pay: Up to £27,206.40 per year
