Hot Tub Maintenance Assistant – Part-Time
Location: monkton Farleigh, near Bath
Pay: £15 per hour
Hours: Approximately 3–5 hours per day
Schedule: Four-day rota, including approximately two weekends per month
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Hot Tub Maintenance Assistant to join the team at our luxury glamping resort 15 minutes outside of Bath.
This is a hands-on outdoor role responsible for preparing our hot tubs between guest stays and making sure they are clean, safe, heated and ready for arriving guests.
Responsibilities
Depending on guest turnover, you will typically be responsible for 2–8 hot tubs per day.
Your duties will include:
- Draining hot tubs after guest stays
- Thoroughly cleaning and preparing each tub
- Refilling tubs with fresh water
- Starting and managing the heating process
- Testing water chemistry and making adjustments where required
- Ensuring sanitizer, pH and other water-quality levels are within the correct ranges
- Completing and maintaining an accurate daily maintenance log
- Identifying and reporting any maintenance or equipment issues
- Making sure each hot tub is fully prepared and presented to a high standard before guest arrival

Previous experience maintaining hot tubs, swimming pools or similar equipment would be an advantage, but it is not required. Full training will be provided.
Hours and Schedule
This is a part-time position working on a four-day rota.
The amount of work varies according to guest turnover, but you should expect approximately 3–5 hours of work per day.
Because the resort operates seven days a week, the rota will include weekend work. On average, you will work approximately two weekends per month.
Pay
£15 per hour
