About the Role
Synergy Dental Group is looking for a confident, motivated and patient-focused Dental Sales Executive to join our team in Bolton.
You will be responsible for managing new patient enquiries and helping prospective patients take the next step towards treatments such as dental implants, smile makeovers, Invisalign and other private dental services.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with previous sales experience who enjoys building relationships, communicating with customers and working towards targets in a professional healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to new patient enquiries by telephone, email, WhatsApp and social media
- Build rapport with prospective patients and understand their treatment interests
- Explain the consultation process, treatment journey and available payment options
- Convert enquiries into booked consultations
- Follow up with warm leads and patients who have not yet booked
- Maintain accurate and detailed records on the company’s CRM and patient management systems
- Work closely with clinicians, treatment coordinators and practice teams
- Manage a consistent follow-up process for all new enquiries
- Achieve individual and team booking and conversion targets
- Provide a friendly, professional and supportive patient experience
- Handle patient concerns and objections confidently without applying pressure
- Ensure all information provided is accurate and within the boundaries of a non-clinical role
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- At least 1–2 years of sales experience
- Strong telephone and customer service skills
- Confidence speaking with new and existing patients
- Experience working towards sales targets and KPIs
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A professional, positive and empathetic approach
- Strong organisational and follow-up skills
- The ability to manage multiple enquiries and priorities
- Good attention to detail when updating patient records
- Confidence using CRM systems, email and Microsoft Office
- The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
Previous experience within dentistry, healthcare, treatment coordination or high-value sales would be beneficial, but full training will be provided.
