As a Luxury Online Sales Professional, you will be responsible for delivering a "Cut Above" customer experience across our digital sales channels, including live chat, email, and telephone. You will play a key role in converting online enquiries into sales, building relationships with customers, and supporting them throughout their purchasing journey.
This is a fast-paced role requiring exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. You will proactively identify sales opportunities, nurture customer relationships, and contribute towards departmental sales and service targets.
Key Responsibilities include:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via live chat, email, and telephone.

Manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy, attention to detail, and service quality.

Provide detailed and accurate information on luxury jewellery, Swiss timepieces, pricing, finance options, promotions, and services to support informed purchasing decisions.

Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, including our exclusive insurance packages and aftercare services.

Build genuine customer relationships, manage expectations, and deliver on promises to create loyalty and repeat business.

Follow up on sales enquiries and previous customer interactions to nurture relationships and maximise conversion opportunities.

Collaborate closely with retail stores and internal sales teams to manage leads, update customer records, and support customer follow-up activity.

Maintain departmental KPIs including sales performance, customer satisfaction, response times, conversion rates, and process accuracy.

Become an expert in our luxury jewellery and Swiss watch collections through ongoing training and development.

Ensure compliance with company procedures, GDPR regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications & Experience:

Previous sales experience is essential, ideally within retail, luxury goods, customer service, contact centre, or online sales environments.

Demonstrable experience of achieving sales targets and identifying opportunities to maximise revenue.

Passion for jewellery, gemstones, luxury products, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence purchasing decisions.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first approach.

High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong IT literacy and confidence using multiple computer systems simultaneously.
