This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Van Technician to join our team and play an integral role within our growing business.
It is essential you hold a Full clean UK Driving licence.
Full-time role, based out of our new Ipswich depot.
Hours: 40 - 45 per week
Salary dependent on experience.
Weekday Overtime available.
Daily tasks will include:
- Carrying out inspections, service routines, and repairs
- Diagnose and find faults in a wide variety of vehicles
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and efficient workshop
- Prepare vehicles for MOT and presentation for test
- Work with service and parts staff in order to ensure the efficient progress of work through our workshops
- Obtain diagnostic and repair information
- Interpret diagnostic information/readouts and use wiring diagrams effectively
- Use a range of diagnostic equipment. Report faults using company procedures and recommend suitable further actions
- Be able to follow recognised/manufacturer repair processes and complete a wide range of repairs some of which will include complex procedures.
- Test the function of repaired and fitted components
- Adhere to business processes and complete documentation following workplace procedures

Van/Light Commercial Vehicle Technician candidates must have the following attributes:
Be apprentice trained and qualified in Vehicle Mechanics, Maintenance & Repair or equivalent or have a minimum of 5 years experience.
