N3XA Advanced Hydration is a start-up science-led health and hydration company developing a new generation of advanced hydration products built around nutrition, physiology and evidence-based formulation.

As N3XA moves towards commercial launch and future growth, we are now looking to strengthen our Board through the appointment of a small number of experienced Non-Executive Directors who share our ambition to build both a high-growth business and a company with meaningful purpose.
Non-Executive Director Opportunities
As N3XA prepares for commercial launch and growth, we are looking to appoint a small number of experienced Non-Executive Directors who can bring complementary expertise, strategic challenge and valuable networks to the business.
Candidates are not expected to cover all areas. We are particularly interested in expertise across:
Commercial, FMCG & Retail
Senior commercial experience within FMCG, beverages, consumer health or wellness, with strong knowledge of UK grocery, retail, distribution, pricing and route-to-market. Established industry and retailer networks would be highly valuable.
Brand, Consumer, Insight & Growth
Experience building and scaling consumer brands across brand strategy, digital, D2C, e-commerce, social commerce and consumer acquisition. Experience within health, wellness, nutrition or beverages would be advantageous.
Investment, Finance & Scale-Up
Experience supporting and financing early-stage businesses, including fundraising, financial strategy, investor engagement and growth. Strong venture capital, private equity, angel or consumer investment networks would be particularly valuable.
Science, Nutrition & Consumer Health
Senior expertise in nutrition, hydration, physiology, sports science, food science or consumer health, helping strengthen N3XA's scientific credibility, evidence base and approach to responsible health and nutrition claims.
The Appointments
These will be active NED roles, providing strategic guidance, independent challenge and relevant industry connections as N3XA develops.
We anticipate a commitment of approximately one day per month, including Board meetings and strategic support.
The appointments are initially equity-based, reflecting N3XA's early-stage position, with structure and potential future remuneration discussed with shortlisted candidates.
We are looking for individuals who share our ambition to build a scientifically credible, commercially successful and purpose-led consumer health business.
Pay: £1.00-£2.00 per month
