We are looking for a reliable and professional 7.5 Tonne (C1+E) Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out collections and deliveries using a 7.5-tonne vehicle while towing a trailer, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
· Carry out collections and deliveries across the UK.
· Safely operate a 7.5-tonne vehicle with a trailer.
· Ensure all loads are secured correctly and transported safely.
· Complete daily vehicle safety checks and defect reporting.
· Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and electronic records where required.
· Provide excellent customer service at collection and delivery locations.
· Comply with all road transport legislation, company policies, and health and safety procedures.
· Keep vehicles clean, presentable, and roadworthy.
Essential Requirements
· Full UK C1+E (7.5T with trailer) driving licence.
· Valid Driver CPC qualification.
· Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
· Previous experience driving a 7.5-tonne vehicle while towing a trailer.
· Good knowledge of drivers' hours and tachograph regulations.
· A professional, reliable, and safety-conscious approach.
· Good communication and customer service skills.
Desirable
· Experience in collections and deliveries.
· Good geographical knowledge of the UK.
