We have two bases one in Ower, just off Junction 2 of M27 and one in Salisbury, on the Churchfields Industrial Estate, We serve public, trade and other fencing companies with top quality fencing materials. About the position
Our success is built on strong relationships with our customers so it’s essential that you can help deliver the highest standards of service - the key thing is to be helpful and friendly at all times, you will likely get to know our customers on a first name basis.
We are seeking a proactive, organised and personable Sales Executive to join our growing team. This varied role will involve handling administrative office processes, managing inbound calls and visitor interactions, supporting sales activity, and building strong relationships with new and existing customers. The ideal candidate will be confident in communication, strong in organisation, and motivated by meeting targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Office & Administrative Duties
Handle and redirect incoming calls, acting as the first point of contact for visitors and clients
Process incoming and outgoing correspondence
Manage data entry, retrieval and database maintenance
File archive, and maintain digital and paper records
Create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
Compile sales and performance reports
Manage team diaries and meeting schedules
Take minutes and arrange meetings, conferences and events
Sales & Customer Support
Speak with customers and clients to answer queries and resolve issues
Demonstrate and present products with confidence and professionalism
Establish and develop new business opportunities
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up
Monitor and review sales performance against targets
Negotiate pricing and contracts in line with company policy
Work towards and support the achievement of monthly or annual sales targets
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in a sales or customer service role (essential)
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident with IT systems including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Professional and friendly demeanour
Self-motivated and target-driven
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: £28,167.00-£30,000.00 per year
