Retail Sales Advisor – Pendle Village Showroom
Location: Pendle Village, Lancashire
Salary: £12.71 per hour + Company Pension Scheme
Hours:
- Sunday: 10am – 4pm
- Monday & Tuesday: 10am – 5pm
- Additional shifts may be available to cover as required.

At Brighter Blinds Ltd and Holcombe Interiors, we specialise in high-quality, made-to-measure blinds, curtains, and soft furnishings. Our Pendle Village showroom is a hub of creativity and inspiration, offering stylish, practical solutions for homes and businesses.
The Role
As a Retail Sales Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring every customer receives outstanding service. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a friendly, supportive team where no two days are the same.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and assisting them with their enquiries.
- Providing advice on our range of blinds, curtains, and interior products.
- Processing customer orders accurately.
- Maintaining the showroom’s appearance, ensuring it’s clean, organised, and inviting.
- Handling payments and providing excellent after-sales service.
- Reporting to the General Manager and Managing Director.
- Growing our customer base and brand awareness in the local community and beyond.
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, polite, well presented, approachable attitude and a passion for great customer service.
- Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with customers.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle enquiries and orders with accuracy.
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential – full training will be provided.
- Flexibility to cover additional shifts if required.
