We’re looking for an experienced barista who knows their way around an espresso machine and loves creating consistently great coffee. But just as important as your coffee skills is your personality. We want someone who’s warm, upbeat, chatty, and genuinely enjoys making people smile. If you’re the type of person who remembers a customer’s order, loves a laugh, and can brighten someone’s morning with a great coffee and friendly conversation, you’ll fit right in.
You’ll be the face of our business, so we’re looking for someone who’s reliable, hardworking, takes pride in what they do, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You should be happy working independently, adaptable to new locations, and always ready to roll with whatever the day brings.
