Join us as a Network Solutions Analyst and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our supply chain operations. Based at our Head Office in Basingstoke, you'll be at the heart of transforming complex transport and operational data into powerful insights that drive smarter decisions across the business.
Working closely with our Network Solutions Modellers and Managers, you'll help design and optimise weekly schedules across both Primary and Retail operations, while uncovering opportunities to create greater value through collaboration with our Fashion, Home & Beauty teams. This is an exciting opportunity to combine analytical expertise with strategic thinking, influencing how we operates at scale.
As a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, you'll lead key analytical initiatives, champion data governance and quality, and deliver actionable recommendations that improve performance and efficiency. PAY AND BENEFITS
- Up to £41,000 - depending on skills and experience
- Monday – Friday (37.5 hours a week)

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Your key accountabilities will include:
- Lead the development of analytics, reporting, and visualisation solutions that deliver actionable insights and drive business performance.
- Own and enhance reporting capabilities, creating robust self-service tools and promoting data excellence through improved accuracy, automation, and efficiency.
- Support the governance and maintenance of Schedule Master Data (SMD) across suppliers, inbound distribution operations, and store deliveries.
- Partner with Modellers, Managers, and Regional Retail Service Managers to support event planning and ensure excellent performance through accurate system management.
- Translate complex data into clear, meaningful insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders, influencing strategic and long-term transport decisions.
- Share knowledge and best practices across the team, fostering continuous improvement and analytical capability.
- Identify and adopt emerging tools, technologies, and data management practices to support innovation and business growth.
- Collaborate with IT teams to test new systems and resolve data and process issues.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Your skills and experience will include:
- Knowledge of chilled transport logistics networks including experience within transport planning.
- Ability to take a fresh and innovative view to problem solving and analysis.
- Analytical approach to review effectiveness and efficiency of current network.
- Experience of relevant network planning systems – e.g. Paragon & Enterprise.
- User of Transport execution systems – Microlise.
- Demonstrate a strong foundation in IT and data management.
- Ability to manage and prioritise a broad range of initiatives.
- Good communication skills, demonstrating the capability to engage with internal stakeholders, suppliers and Retail.
