Registered Nurse (RMN)
Location: Baildon, Bradford
Job Type: part time (2 shifts a week)
The Glen Nursing Home is a modern, family-run, purpose-built care home in the beautiful Baildon area of Bradford. Opened in 2014, our 66-bed luxury home provides high-quality nursing, residential, and dementia care in a warm and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, hands-on nursing care in line with the NMC Code of Conduct
- Administer medication accurately and maintain high standards of record keeping
- Create, implement, and review personalised care plans and risk assessments
- Respond to residents’ changing needs, prioritising care effectively
- Promote dignity, independence, and respect for every resident
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Lead, support, and supervise care staff
- Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
About You
- Registered Nurse (RMN) with valid NMC registration
- Up-to-date knowledge of current clinical practices
- Experience supporting individuals with complex medical, psychological, or social needs
- Ability to develop and review detailed care plans and risk assessments
- Passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred care
- Strong communication and leadership skills
