Job Title: Floor Staff – Encore Bars Hospitality Group
Location: Edinburgh (various venues)
The Role
We’re looking for friendly, energetic Floor Staff to join our growing Edinburgh bar group. You’ll be the eyes and ears of the venue – keeping guests happy, tables clean, and service flowing. The exact duties depend on which venue you join: some of our bars focus on fast‑paced food running and table service; others specialise in late‑night bottle service and high‑energy floor management.
Our Venues
We currently operate four vibrant bars across Edinburgh: Boston New Town, Boston Old Town, Westside Rodeo, and Freddys – each with its own character, but all united by high standards and a party atmosphere. And we’re not stopping there – more venues are opening soon, so there’s huge room to grow with us.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests, take orders, and serve drinks and food at tables.
- Clear and reset tables quickly during busy service.
- Run food from the pass to guests efficiently and with care.
- Work closely with bar staff and managers to keep service smooth.
- Follow Challenge 25 and responsible alcohol service.
- Keep the floor clean, safe, and inviting at all times.
What You’ll Bring

- No experience necessary – we’ll train you (but any customer service or hospitality experience is a bonus).
