About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Intern to join our team during our busy summer period.
This is a hands-on role where you will support the Operations Team with the day-to-day running of our student accommodation portfolio across London. You will spend time both in the office and out at our residences, helping students, supporting our operations team and making sure everything runs smoothly during our busiest time of the year.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in operations, customer service, hospitality or property.
Main Duties - You will help the Operations Team with tasks including:
- Conducting accommodation viewings with prospective students.
- Supporting student check-in events at our residences.
- Welcoming students and providing excellent customer service.
- Visiting residences across London to carry out room inspections.
- Reporting maintenance and housekeeping issues.
- Carrying out basic health and safety checks.
- Providing administrative support to the Operations Team.
- Answering telephone calls and responding to customer enquiries.
- Coordinating post and courier deliveries.
- Assisting with marketing activities and student events.
- Helping with other operational duties as required.
About You - We are looking for someone who:
- A good level of written and spoken English
- Enjoys working with people.
- Has excellent customer service skills.
- Is organised and reliable.
- Has good attention to detail.
- Is confident communicating with students and colleagues.
- Is happy to travel to different locations across London.
- Is willing to learn and get involved.
