We require a sous chef who is passionate about home cooked food, working with fresh produce in a busy family run traditional food pub
Must be reliable, competent, confident, capable
Must be able to work under pressure producing good quality home cooked meals using fresh ingredients
Must be flexible, willing and able to work evenings weekends and bank holidays on a roast basis.
Must be a team player able to communicate effectively and positively with colleagues both front and back of house
Wage negotiable dependent on experience and qualifications
Other chef positions may be available to the right candidate
