About the role- Salon Co-ordinator/ Receptionist.
As a Salon Co-Ordinator/Receptionist, you are a key member of the salon team, a friendly front of house, responsible for ensuring that the business runs smoothly and that clients receive a positive and memorable experience.
If you’re great at being on hand to help out and can deliver a friendly front of house, you’ll feel right at home joining us. Day-to-day, you’ll support your team working where you’re needed the most. You’ll be part of a close-knit, dedicated team of nail technicians and beauticians all working and winning together. You’ll always have support on hand but we’ll also trust you to use your own initiative. It’s about making a difference to everyone around you.
You will be responsible for managing the reception area of our salon and co-ordinating with the team and clients to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment. Some of the key roles and responsibilities include greeting and welcoming clients, managing appointments and scheduling- this involves using software scheduler to manage appointments. Handling phone calls and emails, processing payments and daily cashing up, managing inventory, providing operational and administrative support, assisting with social media content and visual merchandising, encouraging new business, maintaining a clean, organised salon and providing excellent customer service. You will be working with computer booking software word/pages and Canva.
Don’t worry – we’ll train you up on everything you need to know so that you represent our gold standard.
What we are looking for
- English fluency is a must.
- Excellent client facing skills and phone etiquette.
- Previous reception experience from the Beauty industry preferred.
- A passion for nails and beauty.
- Valid work permit.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Outgoing & friendly personality.

Salary: £10.00-12.00 per hour
