This role will assist the manager in the smooth running of Lend and Mend projects, supporting volunteers, customers, and promoting Lend & Mend’s mission of sustainability and community engagement.
Expected duties daily will vary within:
- Assist the Manager in the performance of their duties
- Greet and welcome visitors/customers
- Clean, prepare and present items ready for lending
- Update the lend and mend software with hires and returns
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment
- Assist with setting up of Repair 'cafe' sessions
- Assist with basic repairs (under the guidance of volunteers)
Hours to suit your availability - opening hours are Tuesday – Friday 11.30am to 2.30pm and Saturdays 10.30am -3.30pm.
