Female Complex Care Support Worker – Day & Night shifts available
Location: Hampshire
Shifts: Day & Night shifts
Pay: £14 - £15 per hour
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Complex Care Support Worker to support an individual with complex health needs requiring continuous supervision and specialist, person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities;
Deliver person-centred support tailored to the individual's needs.
Provide personal care with dignity, respect, and skin protection.
Support moving and handling and active assisted movement.
Assist with nutrition, hydration, and weight management.
Provide communication support using appropriate strategies and approaches.
Monitor health and wellbeing, reporting concerns and escalating appropriately.
Follow care plans, risk assessments, and guidance from healthcare professionals.
Promote independence, inclusion, and quality of life.
Desirable Skills and Training
Experience or willingness to be trained in:
G-J PEG Feeding
Tracheostomy Care, including tube changes
Non-Invasive Ventilation (BiPAP)
Supporting Individuals with Complex Health Needs
Medication Administration
Moving and Handling
Please note: It is not essential to have experience in all of the above areas, as full training and ongoing support will be provided for the right candidate.

Experienced in complex care, high-dependency support, or willing to develop specialist skills.
Calm, observant, and proactive in your approach.
Confident in recognising changes in health and escalating concerns appropriately.
Compassionate, patient, and committed to delivering consistent, high-quality care.
Able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
