Honorable Care Ltd is looking for a reliable, motivated and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team in Stoke-on-Trent.
This is a split role, roughly half office based and half hands on care in the community. You will spend around 20 hours a week on office based supervisory and admin duties, with the remaining hours delivering care in the field. Depending on the needs of the business there may be more office hours than care hours, so a flexible approach across both sides of the role is important.
The position can be full-time or part-time depending on what you are looking for, and the hours are negotiable for the right candidate. There is a real opportunity to grow. We will support your training, help you gain any qualifications you still need and give you the chance to progress into a more advanced, full-time role over time.
Salary: Upon negotiation.

Role Overview
This is a varied role suited to someone with a strong background in care who is also confident supporting office operations. You will work alongside the wider team and report directly to the Line Manager. The role will include, but is not limited to:
- Carrying out field based supervision and spot checks
- Conducting audits and monitoring quality standards
- Supporting compliance related tasks and documentation
- Delivering care and supporting service users in the community
- Supporting day to day office duties
Key Responsibilities

- Provide hands on care support as required
- Work closely with the wider team to maintain high standards of care
- Report concerns, updates and progress to the Line Manager
About You
- Hold the relevant qualifications to work as a Field Care Supervisor (NVQ / QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care, or working towards it, with relevant care experience)
- Experience of care in the UK
- Must own a vehicle and hold a valid UK driving licence, as this is a driving role
- Must already have the right to work in the UK, as no sponsorship is offered
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and professional approach across both office and field duties
