Rate of Pay: £14.28 per hour for weekday and weekend hours. £12.71 per hour for sleep-in shifts.
Support Worker
We are looking to recruit support workers to join a friendly established team providing support to a young man who has an acquired brain injury in his own home and in the community. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with our client and make a difference and you will have the opportunity to develop skills and work alongside therapists and professionals. You will be responsible for providing encouragement and motivation to support client with his daily routine, activities and accessing the community.

The successful candidate will offer
- Experience in brain injury rehabilitation with strong behavioural management capability.
- Flexible approach to care and availability to work a variety of shifts on a rota basis including night shifts and weekends
- Great communication skills
- Calm, confident, and emotionally resilient · Professional with strong personal boundaries · Able to work consistently within a structured routine · Flexible and reliable with availability for 2:1 day shifts and occasional community evening support
- Positive and friendly personality
- Clean driving licence is essential to this role
