We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service and a warm welcome. Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly atmosphere.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables and service stations.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Handle cash and card transactions securely while maintaining accurate records.
- Support bartending duties during busy periods, including mixing drinks and serving beverages.
- Participate in catering events as required, ensuring high standards of service are upheld.
Skills
- Strong hospitality skills with a genuine desire to help others.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or similar environment is advantageous.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Bartending experience is a plus, with the ability to create popular beverages.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
