Job Description:
4th Battalion Security Ltd is currently recruiting professional and reliable Security Officers to join our team in the Birmingham area.
Available Shift Patterns:
- 4 shifts per week – 12-hour shifts (Days & Nights)
- 3 shifts per week – 12-hour shifts (Days & Nights)
Duties will include:
- Gatehouse and access control monitoring
- Registering and logging vehicles entering and leaving site
- Conducting regular site patrols and security checks
- Car park management and monitoring
- Reporting incidents and maintaining accurate records
- Ensuring site security procedures are followed at all times
Essential Requirements:
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding Licence
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable, punctual and professional approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Own transport
