Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated 1 to 1 tutor to provide personalized educational support tailored to each student’s unique learning needs. Responsibilities

- Foster a positive, encouraging learning environment that boosts student confidence and motivation
- Communicate effectively with students to clarify concepts, answer questions, and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain detailed records of tutoring sessions, progress reports, and areas for further development
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, or guardians to support the student’s overall educational experience
Requirements
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably with children or young learners
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey concepts and motivate students
- Knowledge of special education strategies and accommodations is a plus
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to individual learning styles and needs
- Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed
- Reliable access to a quiet space suitable for virtual or in-person tutoring sessions
- Relevant educational background or certifications in teaching or related fields are preferred
