Job Title: Public Area Attendant
Location: High Street Kensington
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Contract Type: Flexible Shifts
Shift Patterns (8 hours total, 30 mins unpaid break):
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Public Area Attendant to join our team. The role involves maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of all public areas of the hotel, ensuring a welcoming and pleasant environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain all public areas, including lobbies, restrooms, corridors, and other guest-facing spaces.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene and safety are consistently met.
- Replenish supplies in public restrooms and service areas as required.
- Support the housekeeping team with additional tasks when needed.
- Report any maintenance issues promptly to the relevant department.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests.
