About the role
The Senior Product Manager for Energy Products & Quoting leads the strategy and delivery for a product within ENSEK's Energy Orchestration System: how energy products are modelled, managed, priced, and quoted. This is where the customer journey begins - enabling our customers to configure, price, and deliver energy products that meet the demands of a rapidly evolving industry. We are building for AI-enabled energy operating models, and this role will be at the forefront of embedding AI into how products are configured, priced, and quoted.
Key accountabilities and responsibilities:
Own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for Energy Products & Quoting, ensuring it supports ENSEK's customer commitments, international expansion, and the industry's shift toward flexible and dynamic pricing.
Lead the evolution of the platform's product modelling and quoting capabilities to expand support for modern energy propositions: time-of-use tariffs (static and dynamic), multi-rate structures, export products, agile pricing, and bundled propositions.
Champion the integration of AI across the product area, from intelligent product recommendations and pricing optimisation to AI-assisted catalogue management, driving toward an AI-enabled energy operating model.
Ensure that strategy delivers intended benefits aligned to company direction, using evidence to challenge assumptions and adapting proactively based on user research, customer data, competitive intelligence, and regulatory developments.
Guide stakeholders through product lifecycle decisions, using evidence to determine when to invest further, pivot, or retire products and features.
Skills, knowledge, experience & qualifications:
Significant product management experience, with a strong track record in product catalogue, quoting, pricing, or CPQ platforms in energy, telecoms, insurance, financial services, or another industry with complex, configurable product models.
Deep understanding of CPQ concepts: product modelling, pricing rules, eligibility, bundling, versioning, and quote lifecycle management.
