Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the expansion of our client base and strengthen our market presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. Experience with Salesforce and CRM software is highly desirable to optimise sales processes and customer management.
Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies that maximise growth potential.
- Utilise Salesforce and CRM software to track leads, manage customer data, and monitor sales pipelines effectively.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote the organisation’s services and expand professional networks.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
- Support the onboarding of new clients by coordinating onboarding processes and ensuring a seamless transition.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a similar industry.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A recognised qualification in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields is advantageous but not essential.
