The Recruitment Curve is currently recruiting for an experienced team of 3 Groundworkers to join our client's growing business. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with immediate starts available for the right team.
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced team that can work efficiently from the ground up, preparing sites and completing high-quality groundwork projects. The ideal team will be confident working with minimal supervision and have a strong understanding of groundwork specifications.
Experience Required
- Kerb laying and edging
- Digging out to the correct levels and depths
- Understanding excavation depths and stone build-ups
- Preparing sub-bases and groundwork before installation
- Block paving, driveways, and landscaping
- Reading levels and working to specification
- General groundworks and finishing works
Requirements
- Team of 3 experienced Groundworkers
- Proven experience in commercial and residential groundworks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated
- Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
- CPCS/NPORS plant tickets are advantageous but not essential
