- You must be a UK national with a right to work in the UK. English to be fluent.
- Degree level education. Minimum 2:1. Ideally in a relevant subject – humanities, psychology, behavioural economics, business
- GCSE: 8 or 9 in English Language and maths
- Have a car and full driving license and be able to travel to and from the office
- Hybrid working:
- You must be able to work from our Gerrards Cross offices when required (5 days a week if necessary) – Note: our office is your place of work you will not be reimbursed for travel to and from the office. In your role you will likely be in the office or at client offices at least twice a week.

- As a company we meet together a minimum twice a month and you must attend all together days in person (happen every other week generally on a Wednesday)
- You must ensure your set-up at home is conducive to working professionally and that you are available for meetings face 2 face when required, given reasonable notice. You must work from office if/when this is not the case
- We are a member of the Spaces and Regus office network so you can work from any of their locations you wish and organise with other colleagues to co-work
- Flexible – willing to travel, work outside of the “9 to 5” day

YOUR ROLE IN THE CUSTOMER CLOSENESS COMPANY
As a Research Executive at The Customer Closeness Company you need to be a customer-centricity evangelist and have strong attention to detail.
You will be critical to other team members in delivering work, as well as taking ownership for smaller internal projects alone.
The focus of the role is primarily to provide general administrative support to support Customer ClosenessCompany team (diaries, travel) and support the business eg Auditing and ordering office stationery as well as to assist with the organisation of Customer Closeness events as required, including:
Recruitment and venues:
- Manage all aspects of venue sourcing and logistics including setting up digital venues on zoom, ensuring correctly set up and details have been circulated
- To work closely with all external agencies and partners, to ensure that objectives are understood and that key deliverables are met
- Develop and manage project schedules
- Manage recruitment once set up - liaise with field recruitment agencies identifying issues
- Set up recruitment and liaise with field recruitment agencies trouble shooting issues
Materials:
- Proactively collate materials and stimulus for events
- Add value to stimulus creation
- Creation of Customer Closeness activity packs
- Attend Customer Closeness sessions in a support role as required and adding value by being organised and anticipating client/team needs
- Coding and analysis of event feedback, adding value with how presenting data
- Create and dispatch online questionnaires and collate feedback in an efficient and added value way
- Taking notes in meetings and events that add value and make the report or actions easier to write including contact reports
- Proactively thinking of ways to help speed up report writing eg collating pictures in advance, setting up templates, analysis of pre tasks
- Providing tech support before and during digital sessions
- Undertaking tech calls and solving all issues
- Undertaking Vox pop interviews and getting quality responses
- Proactively writing vox pop guides
- Video editing in a creative and efficient way
- Providing valuable support by proof reading documents and optimising layout
- Helping to optimise documents visually by becoming an expert at Powerpoint and Word and using this expertise across the team
- Taking on elements of debrief writing and showing strong analytical skills
- Taking on elements of project moderation
- Taking on other aspects of research projects eg setting up and managing communities
- Taking on aspects of project management and client liaison

- Take charge of special projects, and volunteering for new tasks eg web design, blog post management. Demonstrating ownership and impact.

- Strong use and interest in AI and actively using it and researching new ways to use it to make our business more efficient and augment our offer
ADDITIONAL GENERAL NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS
- AI: Demonstrable as an adopter of AI and interested in constantly evaluating how AI can improve our business
- Video Editing: Demonstratable expertise and interest in video editing
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
CANDIDATES WITH THE FOLLOWING WILL BE PRIORITISED HEAVILY
- Have a strong interest in market research – demonstrates an interest by having read around the topic
- Strong relevant degree: High grades, ideally in a relevant subject – humanities, psychology, behavioural economics, business
- Experience of website building, SurveyMonkey would be useful but not essential
