Responsibilities

- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage time efficiently during busy periods to serve guests promptly and courteously
- Clear tables, replenish supplies, and maintain cleanliness in dining areas
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable
- Familiarity with serving techniques, food safety regulations, and basic food preparation skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with strong time management abilities
- Knowledge of kitchen operations or culinary experience is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding guest services and upselling techniques
