We are looking for a manager to successfully run our Lambretta York store. You will be working closely with the other team members, as well as liaising with HO, and are responsible for ensuring staff give great customer service as well as monitoring the financial performance of the store.
The successful candidate must have a great eye for detail and ensure the store and product is always looking its best. Experience in merchandising and window dressing is essential. Other responsibilities are dealing with customer queries and complaints, overseeing pricing and stock control, maximising profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so and preparing promotional materials and displays.
You must be fully flexible and available to start immediately. Another benefit of the job is our target based bonus scheme, further details on this can be discussed during the next steps.
