Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative with forklift driving experience to join our team. The ideal candidate must have previous warehouse experience and be confident operating a forklift safely and efficiently.
This role involves order picking and packing, unloading shipping containers, and general warehouse duties. The candidate must be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately
- Load and unload deliveries and shipping containers
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently
- Move stock around the warehouse
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
- Check orders for accuracy and report any issues
- Follow all health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience is essential
- Valid forklift experience/licence preferred
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy items
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
