Due to continued growth, LetsGoCover is looking for a Quality Assurance & Risk Officer to join our Quality Assurance & Risk team.
This role is best suited to candidates with experience in financial services quality assurance, compliance monitoring, or regulated sales environments such as insurance, protection, mortgages, or financial advice.
Please note this role focuses on regulated financial services sales quality and compliance monitoring, rather than general contact centre quality assurance.
You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of customer outcomes, regulatory compliance, and advice quality, while supporting advisers and the wider business through structured feedback and continuous improvement.
The Role
You will be responsible for auditing protection sales and customer interactions, identifying potential conduct risks, and supporting quality improvements across the firm.
Key responsibilities include:
· Conducting quality assurance audits, including call monitoring and full case/file reviews
· Assessing customer needs, disclosures, affordability and product suitability against FCA expectations
· Scoring audits against internal QA frameworks and identifying trends, risks and training needs
· Providing clear, constructive feedback to advisers and team leaders
· Supporting complaint investigations and regulatory reviews where required
· Producing QA reporting and contributing to management information (MI)
· Working closely with sales leadership, compliance and training teams to drive quality improvements
· Supporting the development and ongoing refinement of QA frameworks and procedures
Who This Role Would Suit
This role would suit someone who has previously worked as:
· A Quality Assurance or Compliance Monitoring Officer within financial services
· A Protection or insurance specialist reviewing regulated sales
· A File reviewer or quality assessor within an FCA-regulated firm
Candidates without experience in financial services or regulated environments are unlikely to be suitable for this role.

✔ Strong understanding of FCA regulation, customer outcomes, disclosures and compliance expectations
✔ Excellent attention to detail and the ability to assess interactions objectively and consistently
✔ Strong communication skills and confidence delivering constructive feedback
