We’re looking for practical, reliable and enthusiastic people to join us making our gelato.
We are looking for permanent, year round staff members who are available to work between 2 and 5 shifts per week dependent on the candidate. Due to the nature of the business the role involves some evenings during July and August, and weekends throughout the year.
You’ll be:
- Making small-batch ice cream & sorbets in our gelato lab
- Coming up with new flavours and displays
- Cleaning equipment and keeping standards high
- A keyholder & closing the shop when required
Full training in gelato making will be provided, kitchen/baking/food experience is helpful, but not essential. What matters most is willingness to learn, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and genuine interest in the job. Creativity and an aptitude for developing new flavours is a plus!
