Important: Experience is Essential
We’re looking for someone who can slot straight into the team with minimal guidance. You must have previous experience in a care and be confident supporting residents with a range of needs. This role is not suitable for candidates who require initial training in care.
A shadow shift is available if you'd like to familiarise yourself with our home and residents — but we expect the right candidate to be able to pick things up quickly and work independently.

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
- Support residents with personal care, mobility, and daily routines
- Promote dignity, respect, and wellbeing at all times
- Assist with meals and social engagement
- Work closely with the care team and communicate effectively
- Maintain clear and accurate care documentation
What We’re Looking For:
- Essential: Previous experience in a care role
- A confident, capable approach with minimal need for training
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, flexible, and able to pick up shifts when needed
- Kind, compassionate, and genuinely committed to high standards of care
