LIT is growing, and we’re looking for an admin absolute weapon to take ownership of our office and become a genuinely important part of the team.
We do NOT need someone who waits to be told what to do.
We need someone who notices something needs doing… and does it.
Someone who can think for themselves, use their own initiative, prioritise a busy workload and keep things moving when there are 47 things happening at once. No two days are ever the same.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Managing emails, calls and enquiries
- Creating and managing invoices
- Keeping on top of outstanding payments and accounts admin
- Using QuickBooks
- Maintaining Excel spreadsheets and records
- Booking and organising jobs
- Communicating with customers, clients and contractors
- General office administration
- Keeping the organised chaos… organised
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Previous admin experience – essential
- Experience using QuickBooks – essential
- Experience using Excel – essential
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Confidence managing your own workload
- The ability to think for yourself and use your own initiative
- Someone who sees a problem and looks for the solution
- Reliability — we need someone we can depend on
AND MOST IMPORTANTLY… COMPASSION.
We aren’t a normal cleaning company.
Our clients may be experiencing bereavement, trauma, hoarding situations, mental health difficulties or incredibly challenging circumstances.
You need to be professional, confident and organised — but also know when the person on the other end of the phone needs a little extra patience and kindness.
That part can’t be taught from a handbook.
