Pallant Advanced Dentistry is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and patient-focused Dental Nurse to join our specialist-led team in Chichester on a full-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Dental Nurse who wants to develop their skills and work across a wide variety of dentistry within a modern, award-winning private practice.
Our clinical team provides specialist orthodontics, prosthodontics, periodontics, oral surgery, dental implants and advanced restorative dentistry, meaning no two days are quite the same.
We are looking for someone who is confident in their nursing skills, enjoys being part of a busy team and, most importantly, genuinely cares about providing an exceptional experience for our patients.
This is a full-time position and previous dental nursing experience is essential.
The Role
You will work alongside our specialist clinicians and wider clinical team, providing chairside support across a range of treatments and helping our clinics run smoothly and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality chairside assistance across a variety of dental treatments.
- Supporting our clinicians with orthodontics, implants, oral surgery, periodontics, prosthodontics and restorative dentistry.
- Preparing surgeries and ensuring clinics run efficiently throughout the day.
- Maintaining excellent standards of cross-infection control and decontamination.
- Completing accurate clinical documentation and supporting patient records.
- Supporting patients before, during and after treatment.
- Working closely with our clinicians, nursing, Treatment Coordinator and Front of House teams.
- Helping us continually deliver an outstanding patient experience.
- Taking an active role in the day-to-day running of the clinical environment.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- A qualified Dental Nurse with previous dental nursing experience.
- GDC registered.
- Looking for a full-time position.
- Friendly, professional and confident with patients.
- Organised and able to work efficiently in a busy clinical environment.
- Reliable and comfortable taking responsibility.
- A great team player with a positive attitude.
- Passionate about delivering excellent standards of patient care.
- Keen to learn and continue developing their clinical skills.
Previous experience in specialist or private dentistry would be advantageous, particularly within orthodontics, implants or oral surgery, but isn't essential. More importantly, we're looking for an experienced nurse with a strong clinical foundation who is keen to learn and develop with us.
