We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Processor to support our Buy Back & Trade-In Scheme. This role involves managing incoming orders, assessing trade-in submissions, and ensuring smooth processing from initial request through to completion.
This is a fast-paced and demanding role that requires resilience, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure. It will suit someone who is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable dealing with challenges and high volumes of work. This is not a role for the faint-hearted — we are looking for someone who takes ownership, gets stuck in, and is prepared to go the extra mile to get the job done.
Responsibilities
- Process customer trade-in and buy-back orders accurately and efficiently
- Review and verify customer-submitted information and product details
- Track and update order statuses within internal systems
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
- Handle returns, discrepancies, or disputes in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions
- Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep orders moving
Skills
- Previous experience in order processing, administration, or a similar role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or order management systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
