Viral Content Producer
We’re looking for a Viral Content Producer to join our team and create short-form and/or long form content that grabs attention, sparks conversations, and goes viral. If you live on TikTok and Reels, know what makes people stop scrolling, and can handle both filming and editing, you’re exactly who we’re looking for. You will not just be editing social media content, you will be editing the best social media content in the world.
About the Role: You’ll be responsible for producing viral short-form and or long-form videos from start to finish. Idea generation, scripting, filming and editing. Your focus will be on content made specifically for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and more. You’ll work alongside our creative team to ensure every piece is fast-paced, platform-native, and built to go viral.Some of the clients we work with.
What You’ll Do:
- Come up with ideas tailored for viral success
- Write scripts, build shot lists, and plan logistics for each shoot
- Assist with casting talent, scout locations, and source props as needed
- Direct shoots to capture high-energy, engaging footage
- Edit all videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, optimised for each platform
- Track trends, formats, and viral moments to keep content relevant
- Pitch and test new video concepts that push reach and engagement
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience or willingness to learn how to make viral videos for social media
- Strong skills in both shooting and editing (Premiere Pro required)
- Creative instincts for what performs across TikTok, Reels, and Shorts
- Confident directing talent and managing shoots on location
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to juggle fast-paced projects
- A passion for storytelling and a sharp eye for viral detail

Pay: £24,450.00-£33,000.00 per year
