We are seeking a proactive and versatile Multi-Skilled Handyperson to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for maintaining, repairing and improving a range of properties and facilities, ensuring they remain safe, functional and visually appealing.

Responsibilities
- Carry out general carpentry repairs, installations and woodworking projects.
- Inspect roofs and complete routine repairs and maintenance.
- Undertake interior and exterior painting and decorating.
- Complete basic plumbing work, including repairing leaks, clearing drains and installing fixtures.
- Perform masonry work such as brick repairs, concrete patching and stonework.
- Carry out welding, fabrication and metal-repair work where appropriately trained.
- Diagnose minor electrical issues and install or replace fixtures within your level of competence and any applicable legal requirements.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Fabricate or modify parts to support maintenance and repair projects.
- Identify maintenance issues and recommend practical solutions.
- Provide clear updates on work completed, materials required and project progress.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in general property maintenance or one or more relevant trades, such as carpentry, roofing, painting, plumbing, masonry, welding or electrical work.
- Good knowledge of hand tools and power tools, with a strong commitment to safe working practices.
- Ability to complete repairs and fabrication work accurately and to a high standard.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Physical fitness and the ability to undertake manual work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A full, valid UK driving licence is essential.
- Applicants must already have the legal right to work in the UK and must be able to provide appropriate evidence before employment begins.

- Relevant trade qualifications, licences or certifications are desirable. Applicants must not undertake regulated or specialist work unless appropriately qualified and authorised.
