Store Manager & Made to Measure Specialist
Casual Fitters is a young, disruptive, and fast growing Made to Measure tailoring business based in London. We have taken a fresh perspective on men’s Made to Measure tailoring, operating out of three city showrooms. We cut back the usual fuss and glitz of tailoring to deliver a high quality European made product at a highly competitive price point.
The role would offer the successful candidate a chance to work closely with the founder and owner in running one of our 3 London Stores. The day-to-day would include measuring and fitting clients, managing our store as well as helping the owner develop other areas of the business. Enthusiasm for the brand and its mission are a must in addition to a clear desire to grow your own skills.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of Made to Measure tailoring experience
- Confidence in using an advanced Made to Measure tailoring system
- Minimum of 3 years Retail/Hospitality experience
- Very good sales and customer service skills
- Ability to use Google Sheets & Docs
- Fluency in English
- Great attention to detail
Salary £30 000 to £38 000 (depending on experience) + a generous bonus structure
