The Role
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Lettings Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing suitable guardians into properties, ensuring a smooth and compliant recruitment process from initial enquiry through to move-in.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of guardian applications from initial enquiry to placement
- Conduct phone and video screenings to assess suitability
- Match guardians to available properties based on criteria and availability
- Conduct property viewings and represent the company professionally at all times
- Maintain accurate records on internal systems and databases
- Meet placement targets and contribute to team performance
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the guardian journey
- Respond to and follow up on guardian enquiries in a timely and professional manner
About You
- Sales orientated
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident handling a fast-paced workload and multiple applications
- Target-driven with a proactive, problem-solving approach
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Good administration and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task and work under pressure
- Hardworking and target driven
- Bachelor's degree
- Driving Licence is a must have
Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 OTE
