We're looking for a Facilities Administrator to join our team in Sprowston, Norwich.
- Location: Sprowston, Norwich
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week (days)
- Salary: £28,000-£32,000
- Holiday: 31 days including Bank Holidays
This role supports the effective operation, maintenance, safety and compliance of our property portfolio by coordinating maintenance activities, managing records, supporting contractors, assisting with health and safety compliance and providing administrative support to the facilities function.
The role includes:
- Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance
- Arranging repairs with internal teams and external contractors
- Supporting health and safety compliance
- Coordinating inspections, testing and certification
- Liaising with contractors and service providers
- Maintaining facilities records and documentation
- Producing reports and general administrative support
- Supporting budget monitoring and invoice processing
- Supporting business continuity and emergency response procedures
We're looking for someone with:
- 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facilities management software.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, building systems (HVAC, electrical and plumbing) and maintenance procedures.
Previous facilities or property administration experience would be advantageous.
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
