Job Summary

Duties
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install wooden frameworks, fixtures, and structures with precision using hand tools and power tools
- Utilize roofing techniques to install or repair roof structures safely and efficiently
- Conduct heavy lifting of building materials such as timber, steel beams to ensure proper placement
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all phases of construction work to maintain a safe work environment
Skills
- Proficiency in carpentry techniques including framing, cabinetry, and finishing work
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to tool operation and maintenance
- Skilled in using hand tools (saws, chisels, hammers) and power tools (drills, sanders) efficiently
- Knowledge of roofing systems and installation methods
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely over extended periods
