Summary
We are seeking a Part-Time Gardener to join our team in maintaining and enhancing our residential homes' gardens in the Norfolk. This role is vital to ensuring our properties remain beautiful and welcoming for guests.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and care for garden areas using hand tools, power tools, and irrigation systems.
- Assist with planting, pruning, mowing, hedge trimming and general landscape upkeep.
- Support team efforts to ensure all outdoor spaces meet company standards.
- Operate gardening equipment safely and efficiently.
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of garden improvements.
- Follow health and safety guidelines during all gardening activities.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and irrigation systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for outdoor work.
- Good physical condition and stamina.
- Knowledge of plant care and garden design is a plus.
