Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to create a welcoming environment
- Manage guest inquiries, providing accurate information about events and venue amenities
- Support event staff by coordinating guest flow and ensuring timely service delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area to uphold high standards of presentation
- Handle guest feedback or concerns promptly, escalating issues when necessary to ensure satisfaction
- Assist with ticketing, reservations, or check-in processes efficiently and accurately
- Collaborate with management to ensure safety protocols are followed and operational procedures are adhered to
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or management roles preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with an energetic, positive attitude
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage guest interactions professionally and courteously
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during busy event periods as needed
- Knowledge of guest services best practices and hospitality standards is a plus
